KIDS BIATHLON starts @ 10:45 AM

3 age groups:
9 & up
6 – 8
5 & under

1 LAP BIKE (helmet required)
1 LAP RUN

KIDS TRIATHLON starts @ 11:45 am  

 Must pass deep water test to participate!

50 Yard SWIM
1 LAP BIKE (helmet required)
1 LAP RUN

No cars will be allowed to drive around the lake during the races.   Please plan accordingly.

Participants need to respond with shirt size.
Non-Members must give a check to Windmill Club by 8/15 in order to receive a t-shirt.Both individuals and relay teams are welcome to participate.

On Triathlon Day

Race begins @ 7:30am

1/3 MILE SWIM
13 MILE BIKE
2.8 MILE RUN
Windmill Club member’s fee $60 ($70 after 8/15)
Non-member’s fee $70 ($80 after 8/15)
